hi, i’m katie – welcome :)

this little blog was born in fargo, north dakota – in quite literally, a snowed in kitchen. two snowy winters proved to be great inspiration to creating new dishes, perfecting old ones, and sharing many meals with dear ones who were willing to brave the cold.

now in west philly, enjoying a much milder winter, and just as many inspirations.
